Project Overview

Our research indicates that the primary reason for low subscription rates and high unsubscribe rates is frequency of use, not product quality. Users who don't purchase scratch-offs regularly don't see enough value in maintaining a premium subscription.

Also we want user’s to people to see the app more before committing to a free trial, along with be able to grow quicker orgnaically by word of mouth.

To account for this we will be implementing a ‘Free’ and ‘Lite Plan’ in addition to the ‘Premium’ plan

Strategic Solution

We'll implement a tiered approach similar to "Freemium" model with no free trials

  1. Silver Plan - Affordable entry-level option with essential features
    1. 1.99/w
    2. 3.99/m
    3. 34.99/y
  2. Gold Plan - Premium option with comprehensive features for frequent users
    1. 3.99/w
    2. 6.99/m
    3. 59.99/y

This tiered structure will better align subscription costs with perceived value, providing appropriate options for both occasional and regular users.

We will use most of the work/flows from the Free Version, with some changes.

The breakup of features would be based on the goals user’s are able to select
